Our VE7 single axis slew drive is a heavy-duty integrated slewing drive actuator specially designed for single-axis solar trackers. This VE7 enclosed slewing drive adopts reinforced rib cast housing, double enveloping hourglass worm matched with enveloping worm wheel to create more meshing contact surfaces, effectively evenly dispersing continuous vibration impact. Equipped with three-stage composite skeleton oil seal system reaching IP66 protection grade, its elastic sealing lip can automatically compensate tiny shaft offset triggered by vibration, fully blocking oil leakage, dust, sand and rainwater intrusion. Standard NBR sealing is equipped, and rubber seals can be upgraded for high-temperature, coastal corrosive harsh environments. All fasteners are coated with anti-loosening thread glue to completely avoid loosening after long-term vibration. The VE7 single axis slew drive has passed long-term field operation tests on outdoor dual-axis PV tracking equipment under strong wind vibration, with zero seal damage and positioning deviation. Custom vibration-damping mounting pads and matching drive motors are available for extreme vibration working conditions. It comes with self-locking gear structure, compact integrated dual-axis layout and reserved grease fittings for convenient lubrication without damaging internal sealing components.

1. Excellent Vibration Resistance
   The cast housing with reinforcing ribs greatly improves overall rigidity and prevents resonance deformation under long cyclic vibration. The double enveloping worm gear set owns wider contact areas to evenly buffer vibration shock. Anti-loosening thread glue is applied on all fasteners to eliminate loose parts after continuous shaking.
2. Reliable IP66 Three-stage Composite Sealing
   Consists of double-lip skeleton oil seal, labyrinth dust barrier and housing static gaskets. The flexible sealing lip offsets minor shaft displacement from vibration to stop leakage and foreign matter ingress. FKM high-performance seals are optional for severe working environments.
3. Convenient Daily Maintenance
   Reserved independent grease fittings allow regular grease replenishment without disassembling or damaging the whole sealing system, lowering maintenance costs.
4. Stable Self-locking Performance
   Built-in self-locking worm gear structure holds positioning precisely even under strong wind loads, no extra brake required.
5. Customizable Configuration
